Well it’s been a while! A lot has been happening, all of it good.
Laura’s monthly Pranayama class on the last Tuesday of every month continues strongly. Please feel free to drop in, come for a taster, a refresher, or to share practice. All welcome.
Breathing Bones extra Wednesday evening class has eased the overcrowding and I wait to see if the numbers will stabilise and justify the decision.
Ali’s Yoga for Men has become a regular monthly Tuesday and a weekly Friday evening class. I would appreciate you getting this new class out there, passing the info on to anyone expressing interest and generally putting it in the ether.
Sue will introduce a late morning class for those who cannot come at the earlier times or who wish to add to their usual practice routine. I know her experience and expertise will prove popular. Come before the news is out!
Sue will also take on the Friday morning yoga assisted practice and Laura will take Monday’s yoga assisted practice, letting me join you for my practice – YEAH.
The Thursday evening Yin Yoga and Building Blocks are still quiet, though with committed attendees. Join this small but dedicated group try something new, or different.
All these offerings alongside Radha and Pierre’s Practice Weekend in June, Kia Naddermier’s Intensive in October and my intention to reintroduce the Weekend Retreat and expand the short course programme, offers a wide range open to more practitioners I hope.
