  • Breathing Bones is a series of relaxed postures and placements of the body. Together with the breath and gravity these aim to free the joints, release the muscles, realign the skeletal structure and balance the body.
  • Structural Fitness is a simple and challenging exercise programme that covers the whole body, starting at the feet and working all the way up.
  • Yoga classes focus on the practice of asanas or postures to promote physical health by strengthening and toning the body to create a sense of well-being.

Education projects across schools and local authorities in Scotland and England, including recent work for Inspiration, Festival for Children and Young People in Glasgow, with storyteller Jean Edmiston, RSAMD, Reid Kerr College and Inverclyde Council.

Choreography and performance projects with dance and theatre companies, including Hidden Sources, performance for Edinburgh Mela, created with storyteller Jean Edmiston and a company of contemporary dancers.
