Classes are suitable for all, they are mixed ability classes and beginners are welcome, unless otherwise stated. Classes are ongoing and starting and dropping-in are always available throughout each session.

Yoga classes focus on the practice of asanas or postures to promote physical health by strengthening and toning the body to create a sense of well-being.

Guided Practice offers time to look at aspects of the practice and allows time to learn new postures and to further explore specific asanas.

Yoga Assisted Practice is Mysore style practice working at your own pace with assistance and hands on support.  Some previous Yoga experience is beneficial.

Breathing Bones is a series of relaxed postures and placements of the body. Together with the breath and gravity these aim to free the joints, release the muscles, realign the skeletal structure and balance the body.

Yoga Building Blocks is designed to establish the fundamentals of a confident, strong and precise practice.

Yoga for Men is offered for men of all ages, shapes and sizes, helping balance and stretch all areas of the body and building strength as well as being calming and healing for the mind and body.
