Deepening your Breath in Ashtanga Yoga

The breath is key to Ashtanga yoga practice. It allows for the deepening of postures enhancing their benefits.
The session will start with a focus on Pranayama, a technique to deepen the breath by getting to know it and to control it. This will be followed by a modified Ashtanga sequence to link breath and postures.
The workshop is open to everyone, whether attending regular classes or as a one-off workshop.
£30 includes vegetarian lunch
