Patricia is a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher with more than 10 years of meditation practice. She began her meditation journey in 2009 trying out different techniques, but in 2016 everything changed when she got the opportunity to try Zen Mindfulness and Meditation. The Zen techniques she discovered were so much more practical and effective compared to what she had learned about meditating previously. They had a profound effect on her and she has followed these methods ever since. She enrolled in a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher training in September 2019 with Zenways, a school accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). Patricia is also a yoga teacher (RYT500) with more than 12 years of yoga practice and 3 years of teaching experience.
