Class Background

Classes are taught by Rosina Bonsu, and in autumn 2018 welcoming Laura Gonzalez, teaching assisted self-practice (Mysore)  and Catherine Hardy teaching Building Blocks.

Rosina’s teaching follows an Ashtanga Yoga practice and also a more restorative practice called Breathing Bones.

Classes take place at The Arlington Baths and follow a regular schedule:
